If we have made an error with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve problem as soon as possible. If you would like to return a non-custom item, that item must be unused and in new condition.
Some of the items we sell are customizable or personalized items. If you have purchased a customized or personalized item, it is not returnable. Please make sure that you double check spelling and other specific choices as you order these items.
