Refunds and Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  If we have made an error with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve problem as soon as possible.  If you would like to return a non-custom item, that item must be unused and in new condition.  

Some of the items we sell are customizable or personalized items.  If you have purchased a customized or personalized item, it is not returnable.  Please make sure that you double check spelling and other specific choices as you order these items.

Remember that all items are handcrafted and so there will be slight variations and differences in these products.
